both in good condition and the tv is a 46"i think the speaker are 15w the tv is a flat screen box tv waighs 65 kg the speaker were sold with the tv when it was first bought it hase 8 speaker cable connecters in the back only problom with it is that some times the tv works and some times it doesnt tv and speakers and remote but no tv stand.
